The NORMA is a diverse org whose membership includes entities and individuals that are directly involved in mineral resources exploration and exploitation in Norton. Norma membership comprises of exploration, quarry, and mining companies based in Norton Constituency.

The Association is governed by a Constitution, in addition to any other State laws governing the Association’s activities and business and is affiliated to the Zimbabwe Miners Federation under the Mines and Minerals act 21:05
